Our team played a key role in overcoming significant design, engineering, and manufacturing hurdles. From crafting initial foam core mock-ups and refining its unique flat-pack assembly to developing a tool-free tether and ensuring aesthetic appeal, we focused on delivering a solution that was not only innovative but also practical and cost-effective for mass production.
