hyve units are expected to ship early December 2025. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they’re received, and you’ll receive email updates with tracking once your hyve ships. Shipping is available across the continental U.S. and Canada

  • Grab a hyve Smart Return Label and place it on the package.
  • Scan the label in the hyve app (Returns section) and enter your order and tracking numbers.
  • Drop it in your hyve — secure until the carrier picks it up.
