Shipping

hyve units are expected to ship early December 2025. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they’re received, and you’ll receive email updates with tracking once your hyve ships. Shipping is available across the continental U.S. and Canada

Secure it to your front or side door, wrap it around a gate, fence post, or even a mailbox, whatever works best for your home. No complicated installation, just a rock-solid security tether that keeps hyve locked down. 

And if you feel the need for additional security measures, hyve accommodates anchor bolts to secure the unit into the ground.

How do returns work?

hyve Returns™  — Only hyve offers a returns platform that supports returns right from your doorstep - no trips, no lines, no wasted time.

hyve’s proprietary Smart Return label connect your return package to the carrier with a quick scan in the Hyve app. No drop-offs, no missed pickups — just stick, scan, and drop it in your hyve. Only hyve powers effortless returns straight from your doorstep.

How it works:

  1. Not what you hoped for? Put it back in the box.
  2. Schedule a return pick-up with the retailer online.
  3. Make sure your hyve access code is in your delivery instructions within your profile so carriers can unlock your hyve.
  4. Grab a hyve Smart Return Label and place it on the package.
  5. Scan the label in the hyve app (Returns section) and enter your order and tracking numbers.
  6. Drop it in your hyve — secure until the carrier picks it up.

Can hyve accommodate multiple deliveries at once?

Yes, you can absolutely receive multiple deliveries a day with hyve—and each one is secure.

hyve automatically locks after every delivery, so whether you get one package or several, they’ll all stay protected until you’re ready to bring them in.

Even better, you can have returns and deliveries inside hyve at the same time. Our hyve Returns label helps identify return packages, so when a driver comes for a pickup, they know which item to take—without disturbing the deliveries still waiting for you.
