    Get real-time alerts the moment a package is delivered and securely stored inside your hyve. Each delivery is tracked with unique access codes, so you always know when and how your package arrived. Peace of mind, right to your phone.

  • Set Up a Return

    Returns are simple and contactless with hyve. Simply, log a return with your retailer, pair your return information to a hyve returns sticker, and separately schedule a 3rd party pickup (Uber Courier offers hyve compatible pickups for a small fee, with the caveat that select retailers offer free return pickups, notably Walmart+). No drop-offs, no lines, just easy returns from home.

    Premium app subscribers receive hyve smart labels shipped directly to their home, making unlimited returns even easier.

  • The Vendor Hub

    The Vendor hub creates a unique 4-digit PIN for each delivery provider. Copy and paste these into each provider’s delivery instructions. Drivers use this to open hyve, and you get an instant notification when your delivery is locked inside.
