Order Processing
All hyve orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timing
Delivery times vary based on your location:
- West Coast: 2–4 business days
- Central U.S.: 3–5 business days
- East Coast: 4–7 business days
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free throughout the continental US. Additional shipping charges apply to international shipping.
Preorders & Batch Shipping
hyve is a hardware product built in production batches.
If you purchase during a preorder or early access window:
- Your unit will ship once inventory becomes available
- You’ll receive updates along the way so you always know what to expect
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can follow your delivery in real time from dispatch to arrival.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Hold your package at a local facility
- Leave instructions for pickup
Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Contact us at hello@hyvesecurity.com within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
- We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue
Address Changes & Order Edits
Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly.
If you need to make a change:

- We’ll do our best to accommodate before shipment
